1. Who we are

Bot Brewery / 炼个牛马 is developed by Weihai Kesyn Network Technology Co., Ltd., under the KESYN GAMES studio name. This notice covers the game, including mobile builds with Google AdMob integration, and this product website. Contact: kesyn@kesyn.net.

The mobile game is available for iOS and Android. Optional rewarded ads use Google AdMob; the following sections explain the related information processing and privacy choices.

2. Game progress and local storage

The game does not require an in-game registration or account. Progress, settings, language preferences and local migration or replay backups are stored on your device. We do not upload game saves to a developer-operated cloud-save service.

You can use the game’s reset option, clear the app or browser storage, or uninstall the app to remove local data. A reset may preserve a local safety backup; clearing all app or site data also removes local backups. Operating-system backup and restore settings may retain or restore app data independently. We cannot remotely access, recover or erase a save that is stored only on your device.

3. Optional advertising and Google AdMob

The mobile integration uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads, such as a boost, extra coins or a reward multiplier. We currently request non-personalized ads. This does not mean that no information is processed.

Google’s SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them; device, app or advertising identifiers; app and ad interactions such as displayed ads, taps and video views; and performance, crash and diagnostic information. Details differ by platform, permissions and SDK configuration. Google uses this information for ad delivery, measurement, reliability and fraud prevention. Advertising or consent requests can occur before an ad is displayed.

We have not added a separate Firebase Analytics integration for gameplay tracking. AdMob itself still performs advertising measurement and analysis. See Google’s iOS SDK data disclosure, Android SDK data disclosure and how Google uses partner-app data.

4. Advertising privacy choices

The integration uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to update consent information and display required privacy messages, depending on location and applicable settings. Where required, advertising requests wait until the SDK indicates they may proceed. The game’s Settings → Advertising privacy entry opens available Google privacy options. The options shown depend on your location and configuration.

The integration does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. Data processing can still occur without access to the IDFA. You can also manage advertising privacy in your device settings and visit Google’s advertising settings. Changing a setting or deleting a local save does not automatically erase data already held by Google.

5. This website and support email

This is a static website with self-hosted artwork and fonts. It has no account form, advertising embed, third-party analytics embed or non-essential cookies. Our server processes connection information needed to deliver pages and may retain operational and security logs, including IP address, access time, requested path, browser or device information and response status.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and investigate issues. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

If you select a website language, this site stores only that language choice in your browser’s local storage to remember your preference. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. With no saved choice, the homepage uses your browser’s language list; unsupported languages fall back to English. This preference is not sent to an analytics service.

6. Purposes, service providers and international processing

We process information to provide the game and website, respond to support requests, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the purpose and circumstances, such as your consent, providing a requested service, or our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.

Google processes advertising information under its own privacy policies. Our website hosting and email service providers may process information to provide their services. We do not sell game saves or support messages. Information may be processed outside your country; Google describes its international processing and safeguards in its Privacy Policy.

7. Retention and security

Local game data remains until it is removed through the controls described above, subject to device backups. We retain support messages and operational logs only as needed for their purpose, security, dispute resolution or applicable obligations. We do not promise a fixed retention period for Google’s advertising data; Google explains its approach in its data-retention policy.

We use HTTPS for this website and take reasonable steps to protect information we handle. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

8. Requests and your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Email kesyn@kesyn.net to ask about information held by us. We may need information to identify your request.

We can address information we hold, such as support correspondence or identifiable server records. We cannot remotely clear your device’s local storage or promise to delete all information held by Google. Direct requests about Google-held information to Google’s privacy controls or support.

9. Children and changes to this notice

The game presents AI-industry history and workplace satire. We do not knowingly seek children’s personal information through registration or support. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this notice as the game and services change. The effective date will be updated on this page. Material changes that require additional notice or consent will be handled where applicable.
